The Figours service, website, and software application (collectively, the “Service”) enables you to transfer funds between your mobile money wallet and your bank account, as well as to the wallet/account of another user. It also allows you to pay for products and services third parties offer through your supported mobile money wallet, account, or debit/credit (“Products”). The Service is operated by Figours Innovation Limited (“FIGOURS”), subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Figours innovation Limited is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or unauthorized access.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, or implementation of this Agreement that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement will be submitted to mediation, conducted in English, before a sole mediator in Lagos, Nigeria, unless this location is deemed impractical. Nothing in this Agreement prevents Figours from seeking injunctive relief or any other provisional remedy from a court with jurisdiction, as needed to protect Figours’ name, proprietary information, trade secrets, know-how, or other intellectual property rights.
